This site will not work correctly unless you are using a web browser that is capable of rendering CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) information
and is Javascript Enabled.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher is recommended. Netscape Navigator (any version) is NOT recommended.
Not All Web Browsers Are Made Equal!
Once apon a time, Netscape Navigator was considered to be the king of Internet browsers.
It held the lions share of the browser market and was superior in its functionality.
This is no longer the case. In todays world, Microsoft's Internet Explorer 5.5 is considered by most web designers and users to be the
superior product.
To Find out what version of Internet Explorer that you are using, follow these simple steps.
Move your mouse pointer over the 'Help' Menu at the top of your browser window (if you can't see any menus, press the F11 key at
the top of your keyboard)
Click the 'Help' menu, you should see a drop down menu appear bellow it.
At the bottom of the help menu, you should see a heading that says 'About Internet Explorer'. Move your mouse so that it
highlights this menu item.
Click on 'About Internet Explorer', you should see a dialog box appear displaying some information.
Look for the line that says 'Version' in the dialog box.
The current version of MS Internet Explorer is 6.0. If the number beside 'Version' does not start with 6.0 or better, then
it is likely that you should be upgrading your system.
Is Javascript Enabled?
If you did not see the line 'This Browser is Javascript Enabled' directly under this heading, then your browser does not currently have
the ability to run javascript. This could be the result of one of three possibilities

you are using a browser that is so old, that it does not support javascript
If you did see the line 'This Browser is Javascript Enabled' bellow the heading, then you don't need to worry about the javascript part
of this document.
