I started Real-estate in 1979 on a dare from one of the owners of a real estate company. At the time I was working in the agricultural research field when a gentlemen said to me. " Why are you doing this when you are so good with the public". " I bet you would make a good farm realtor!"

Little did I know the impact that statement would have on my life. The first year of business I was awarded the Rookie of the year award, and the rest is history. Nettie Fisher a realtor in the Chilliwack district was needless to say my mentor. She showed me property with an apron on, covered in flour as she was baking at home, but spared the minute to show me a farm. Tremendous lady.

I have a background in Agriculture from the University of London England, and U.B.C. My sons and I have farmed in Langley for over 30 years, mainly cattle and horses. I owned G. Bar Horse Transport along with my husband George who recently passed away.

I am also an avid Wildlife artist and own a Taxidermy Company called the Hunter's Den. Josh, my son and partner in Real Estate is an avid outdoorsman and there are not too many wilderness type properties that he and his brother Warren haven’t tramped on.

Our specialty is simple. " If it is on acreage, it’s for us." We live on a farm and we are comfortable dealing with the "little eccentricities" that selling and marketing a farm requires. As a matter of fact, we love it!
