We dint even finishing peeling those potatoes and the market has recovered nicely. We're selling farms, residential homes and bare lots, not just listing them. Now might not be a bad time to start the moving process if you've been thinking about a move in the near future. Remember, you'll save yourself some money if you complete a transaction before July 2010 - that harmonized sales tax will take an extra chunk out of your wallet.
